1. Introduction

Welcome to LedgerAnchorX! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the accounting advisory and compliance services we offer to individuals and organizations seeking accounting success in Canada. By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Engagement and Professional Process

  • Engaging our accounting advisory services creates a binding consultant-client relationship subject to our advisory agreement and professional conduct standards.
  • Clients are required to provide accurate information regarding their accounting goals, professional circumstances, and compliance requirements.
  • We reserve the right to decline representation in cases of potential conflicts of interest or incompatibility with our accounting practice standards.
  • Use of our accounting consultation services and compliance coaching must comply with Canada professional regulations and business conduct guidelines.

3. Quality and Scope of Digital Services

  • We commit to delivering high-quality accounting guidance using established professional principles and experienced compliance development professionals.
  • The scope, responsibilities, and deliverables of each advisory journey are defined in the respective consulting agreements and accounting service documentation.
  • We reserve the right to make strategic accounting decisions as long as they do not compromise the fundamental client objectives and professional development requirements.
  • Clients are responsible for providing timely information, necessary accounting practices, and decisions during the advisory process.

4. Payments and Digital Service Terms

  • Payment for accounting advisory services is required according to the agreed fee schedule outlined in each consulting agreement.
  • Refunds are provided only in specific circumstances as detailed in our refund policy below.
  • Late advisory withdrawals (less than 48 hours before scheduled accounting sessions) incur a processing fee of 25% of the outstanding consulting fees.
  • Failure to provide required accounting practices or compliance decisions within agreed timeframes may result in journey delays and additional consulting costs.

5. Refund Policy

At LedgerAnchorX, we are committed to client satisfaction and delivering exceptional accounting advisory and compliance services for individuals and organizations seeking accounting success. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Initial Consultation Phase: Clients may request a full refund within 14 days of initial consulting agreement if they are not satisfied with our accounting approach, professional assessment, or compliance strategy.
  • Advisory Journey in Progress: For ongoing accounting work where professional practices have begun but the advisory is not yet complete, we may offer a partial refund less the value of completed accounting work and resources allocated.
  • Completed Tax Advisory: Once a accounting consulting journey has been concluded and meets the agreed-upon objectives as outlined in the consulting agreement, refunds are generally not available unless there is a substantial failure to provide competent accounting guidance.
  • Complex Tax Programs: For multi-phase accounting consulting transformations and ongoing compliance development services, refunds will be calculated based on the phases remaining, minus a 20% administrative and journey management fee.
  • Process: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@accountingroutepro.com with detailed professional reasons for the request and supporting documentation of any service deficiencies.
  • Timeline: Refund requests are processed within 15 business days, with approved refunds issued to the original payment method within 21 business days.

We evaluate each refund request individually, considering the specific accounting circumstances, advisory progress, and our ability to provide alternative professional solutions or modifications to address client concerns.

6. Client Confidentiality and Professional Trust

  • We handle all personal data and accounting information according to our Privacy Policy and professional trust standards.
  • Clients agree not to share confidential accounting strategies or professional advisory information without authorization.
  • Tax documents, advisory files, and client communications are protected under strict professional trust and accounting confidentiality rules.

7. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, particularly in response to changes in accounting regulations or service enhancements.
  • Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days before implementation through our website and client communications.
  • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Final Provisions

  • Canada law applies exclusively to these terms and conditions and all accounting service agreements.
  • Canada is the jurisdiction for any disputes arising from our accounting guidance.
  • If individual provisions become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
